What is the maximum number of participants for a tour?Our standard tours can host a maximum of 12 people. If you are part of a larger group and wish for a private tour feel free to get in touch with us. We are more than happy to make arrangements, like assigning an additional guide to guarantee that everyone has an enjoyable tour.

Where do the tours start?Our tours start at our shop located at Calle Castilla 17, 41010 Sevilla. We will provide you with all the necessary meeting details and directions before your tour.

What if it rains on the day of the tour?Seville enjoys weather most of the time with rain being a rare occurrence.. If the weather turns particularly harsh we might have to call off the tour, for safety purposes. Should there be a light drizzle we'll offer raincoats to ensure your comfort. If any changes arise we'll get in touch with you to explore options or reschedule accordingly.

What is included in the tour price?The cost of the tour covers the rental of the top-notch e-bike, a helmet, a guided tour in English led by our guides, comprehensive insurance, a bottle of water and more. Our goal is to offer an enjoyable experience for our guests. Furthermore, we are pleased to share that audio guides, in other languages will be offered shortly.

How long do the tours last?The duration of our tours varies. Morning and sunset e-bike tours generally last around 2 to 3 hours.

Do you provide helmets?Yes, helmets are provided free of charge for all our tours.

What should I bring on the tour?We suggest wearing attire applying sunscreen and bringing a good mood and a spirit of adventure to make the most of your time with us. We offer a bottle of water to help you stay hydrated, throughout the tour.

What happens if I arrive late for my tour?Please make sure to be present 15 minutes prior, to the designated starting time. In case you are delayed we will make every effort to assist you although the tour may begin even if you are not there.

Is there a minimum number of participants for a private tour?Our exclusive tours cater to groups ranging from 6 to 12 persons. If your group size is smaller feel free to reach out to us so we can explore options together.

What languages are available for private tours?We offer guides who are native, in Dutch, German, English and various other languages. Kindly inform us of your language preferences. We will organize a native guide to enrich your personalized tour.

Can we include food and drinks on a private tour?Certainly, we can organize tapas and wine for your tour. We'll provide suggestions and recommendations. Please keep in mind that these offerings are not covered in the tour cost.
